Privacy Policy
1. What we process
Anthropometric data you enter (height, inseam, child age) is used for calculations in the current session. Without an account, it is not sent to or stored on a server, except as described in point 3.
2. Photos and videos
Images and videos uploaded for angle measurement are processed entirely in your device's browser, including automatic joint detection. They are never uploaded to our servers or stored — even if you have an account.
3. The biomechanics advisor
When you use the advisor, your messages and — only at your explicit request — the selected image frame are sent to the processing provider (Anthropic) to generate the response, without being stored by us. Do not include personally identifying data in the conversation.
4. Optional account and history
The account is optional and exists solely to save your fitting history. If you create one, we store: your email address (for authentication) and the fitting data you choose to save (measurements, bike type and model, goal, angles). This is hosted with our infrastructure provider (Supabase) and accessible only to your account. We do not use it for other purposes, sell it, or share it.
5. Legal basis and retention
Account data is processed to perform the service you request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Data is kept for as long as the account exists.
6. Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict, and port the data linked to your account. To delete your account and history, or for any other request, use the operator's published contact details; deletion is carried out without undue delay. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
7. Cookies and local storage
The app uses no tracking cookies and builds no advertising profiles. Authentication uses browser local storage strictly to keep your session active.
